Here, we got a tidy room with a bathroom, two comfy queen beds, and a nice shower. the staff provided great service all throughout our stay! 🌟.

Clean, excellent value hotel, its location was reasonably priced and near to really great view norfolk downtown as well as great eateries. Neat and brand-new rooms with 2 queen beds, shower, bathroom, felt like home. The whole experience was fine!

Well, Wi-Fi connection was weak.

It was in a good location with wonderfully friendly staff. Easy access to Norfolk International airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

The hotel staff was kind of rude.

The room was spotless, with fresh linens and clean amenities. Convenient location near dining options. the check-in process was smooth despite some initial keycard issues. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I killed several roaches throughout the room, Sheets had stains, tub was stained.

Was in a horrible neighborhood. The staff would go in our room while we were gone and wouldnt do anything, guess they were just checking out our stuff. And every time we would leave our room and come back i would have to go get a new key because mine wouldnt work.

Convenient location with easy access to downtown attractions and a nearby outdoor mini-golf course. 🏌🏻‍♂️

The location

Did not know about my reservation, wifi was not dependable, advertised free continental breakfast, they did not have. Room was non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes.

It was a good stay for a vacation.

Absolutely nothing.

The place was filthy. Smelled bad. dead bugs in the dresser drawer. Two filthy washcloths. Two towels for two people. If we were not desperate for a place to sleep, I would have walked right out. Curtain rod was ready to fall off the wall. No coffee maker as advertised.

Price and location Night staff was nice and friendly.

Cleanliness-There was trash under bed and bug (looked like a small roach) on the wall. Mattresses and pillows were very worn out. Had an issue getting items back I had left in room( was in a hurry to get to an appointment) even after I called right away after leaving and said I would be back today for them--Front desk person started getting an attitude. They were found on cleaning cart.

The rooms were in good condition. the breakfast included a wide variety of meals. the hotel was located adjacent to great views of Norfolk, the park, and Virginia Beach at a reasonable price.

I stayed here 1 night and really enjoyed it. Hotel's location was marvellous, on the beach. Moreover, it's so close to really great view Norfolk downtown, a walking park, and Portsmouth. Nice service, provided by the nice and courteous staff.
